Profit of $384.93 was made at our 2010 Spaghetti Dinner. Please plan on who or what cause we want to contribute this money to. Note: $85 was donated to Animal Rescue League as part of
a joint contribution from Summer Day Camp.
Please sign up for Youth Participation Sunday on October 30. Sign up sheet on youth bulletin board or contact Miss Diane.
FIFTH SUNDAY
IMPORTANT -Every month in which there is a fifth Sunday the youth will participate in the
worship service at Grace. Five Sunday Months in 2012 are January, April, July, September and
December
Confirmation Classes of 2012/2013 - Contact Pastor Latshaw. We do not want to overlook
any one. Pastor Latshaw is working on start date and
requirements.
SEPTEMBER
- September 18 - Breakfast and conversation- Rally Day - “Catch the Spirit and Pass it on.”
- September 25 - Youth and Adults will view DVD at 9:15 AM. Group discussion and
meeting at 10 AM in youth room The meeting will include discussion of future events which are listed below.
This fall Grace members including the youth will begin the process to select a pastor.

Please note ChAOS will most likely begin sometime mid September with Sunday
evening sessions beginning in October (1st/3rd Sundays of month 6-8:30 PM)
Potato Picking- Maybe end of Sept or beginning of Oct (still working on details)
OCTOBER
- October 9 - Crop Walk - Grings Mill - Registration 12:30- NEED WALKERS
Walk starts at 1 or 1:30 PM
- October 16 - Breakfast and conversation - Harvest Home
- October 30 - Youth meet in youth room at 9:15 AM for Group DVD/discussion, meeting
and if needed time to practice for youth participation Sunday.

NOVEMBER
- November 5 - Christmas Bazaar
- November 6 - Youth Spaghetti Luncheon
Great News - Big Youth Gathering in New Orleans at Super Dome July 15-19?
Alexis Kerscher will be attending. We need to support her. Fund
Raising ideas necessary. The cost per youth/advisor is $1,200
Please REMEMBER - Grace needs you to serve on 10/30/11. Only have one
person signed up as of this week. We miss you!!!
